SPI-Tactilus® Surface Contact Pressure Analysis System

The Tactilus® surface contact pressure analysis system can provide users with pressure magnitude and pressure distribution data generated by external forces acting on the human body surface.
The contact pressure on the human body surface is crucial for the design of products such as backpacks; however, there is currently limited research and analysis in this field. The Tactilus® surface contact pressure analysis system can record and measure pressure in multiple contact areas of the human body, elevating ergonomics to a new level. It plays a very good supporting role in optimizing performance and comfort in testing and design engineering.
The Tactilus® surface contact pressure analysis system records the pressure distribution and magnitude prior to contact using a pressure mat known as "electronic skin," and transmits the obtained data to powerful, user-friendly software based on the WINDOWS system for data post-processing. Each Tactilus sensor is precisely integrated into the "electronic skin" and has been calibrated and serialized before leaving the factory. The design philosophy of Tactilus emphasizes portability, modularity, and ease of expansion, allowing for the simultaneous collection of data from up to six discrete sensor mats. Tactilus employs advanced mathematical algorithms to intelligently separate data signal information from noise, and utilizes advanced electronic shielding technology to minimize the impact of noise, temperature, and humidity on measurement accuracy. Tactilus's unique sensor technology ensures its excellent robustness.
