Drop Test Machine - Product Structure Verification and Reliability Analysis
A product must have strict quality control throughout the processes of research and development, design, manufacturing, and packaging. This testing machine conducts systematic analysis and data collection for situations where impacts occur due to falls or collisions during transportation. Therefore, to maintain integrity during packaging and transportation and avoid damage upon arrival, the design of packaging materials is very important. We provide a basis for the design of cushioning packaging based on the test values of packaging materials.
The drop test for packaging is aimed at products that have been packaged, testing the cushioning and wrapping capabilities of the packaging materials and verifying whether the impact resistance of the product itself is sufficient, in order to determine the key points for improving the packaging design. The free fall test characteristics are used to evaluate the drops caused by improper usage actions; and the required product evaluation under safe conditions for toughness.
The repeated free fall test simulates the frequent dropping of objects onto hard surfaces.
