Electromagnetic Vibration Test System - Conducting product failure analysis through sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, and classical impact tests.

The purpose of vibration testing is to conduct a series of controllable vibration simulations in the laboratory, regardless of whether the vibrations are caused by natural or man-made environments, such as waves, tidal impacts, wind, earthquakes, rain, etc. The test assesses whether the product can withstand the vibration environment during its effective life cycle, determining the design and functional requirements of the product.

The value of vibration testing lies in confirming the reliability of the product and effectively screening out defective products before they leave the factory, preventing damage upon arrival, and evaluating the failure analysis of defective products to achieve a high level of reliability. Emphasizing continuous fatigue vibration testing further helps to understand how products respond to vibrations in general environments, avoiding unpredictable damage caused by prolonged exposure to certain vibration frequencies.

Electromagnetic vibration testing system functions:

  • Sine vibration (sweep frequency, dwell, resonance search)
  • Random vibration
  • Classical impact testing (half sine, square wave, trailing edge sawtooth wave)
  • Other applications (SOR, ROR, SROR)

System features:

  • The vibration machine uses an airbag vibration isolation design, eliminating the need for ground anchoring.

  • The natural vibration frequency of the body does not affect the floor structure and is not influenced by external environments.

  • The vibration machine adopts a dual magnetic circuit design, using high magnetic permeability alloys and H/APTZ grade coils to achieve maximum magnetic efficiency.

  • The heat dissipation system of the body and voice coil is designed based on thermal flow cooling airflow, ensuring no heat generation and system stability. The entire system is gravity cast, aesthetically pleasing and sturdy.

  • The side plates and base plates are made of spherical cast steel, providing strength and low resonance characteristics.

  • Green energy low leakage magnetic design effectively saves electricity.

  • Equipped with over-displacement, over-current, voice coil abnormal temperature indication, power amplifier.

  • Ten sets of abnormal indicator lights, including abnormal temperature indication, abnormal ventilation indication, and amplifier abnormal indication.

  • The amplifier efficiency reaches 96%, saving a significant amount of waste gas and reducing air conditioning expenses, improving the working environment.

  • Amplifier distortion rate: ≦ 0.2% THD.

  • Amplifier output accuracy is set at 0.1%.

  • The system has over-current, over-voltage, noise detection protection, and multiple output limit value settings.

  • The brand new fourth-generation vibration servo controller uses network communication technology for control, differing from the traditional third-generation controller that uses USB connection.

  • The DPS chip set used in the controller employs the latest dual-module floating-point computation technology, offering high control precision and fast instruction cycles.

  • The latest control technology allows vibration testing to be conducted directly through the controller without the need for a computer.
