SPI-Tactilus® Surface Contact Pressure Analysis System - Surface Pressure Sensors + Pressure Sensing Mats + Flexible Pressure Sensors + Body Contact Force Measurement

2018-07-25

The Tactilus® Human Surface Contact Pressure Analysis System provides users with data on pressure magnitude and distribution generated by external forces acting on the human body surface. The contact pressure on the human body surface is crucial for the design of products such as backpacks; however, research and analysis in this field are currently limited. The Tactilus® Human Surface Contact Pressure Analysis System can record and measure pressure in multiple contact areas of the human body, elevating ergonomics to a new level. It plays a significant supportive role in optimizing performance and comfort in testing and design engineering. The Tactilus® system records the pressure distribution and magnitude at the contact surface using a pressure mat known as "electronic skin," and transmits the obtained data to powerful, user-friendly software based on the Windows system for post-processing. Each Tactilus sensor is precisely integrated into the "electronic skin" and has been calibrated and serialized before leaving the factory. The design philosophy of Tactilus emphasizes portability, modularity, and ease of expansion, allowing for the simultaneous collection of data from up to six discrete sensor mats. Tactilus employs advanced mathematical algorithms to intelligently separate signal information from noise, and utilizes advanced electronic shielding technology to minimize the impact of noise, temperature, and other factors on measurement accuracy. Tactilus's unique sensor technology ensures excellent robustness.

SPI-Tactilus® Surface Pressure Measurement System Pressure Indicating Washers - Surface Pressure Measurement + Pressure Indicating Washers

2018-07-25

The Tactilus pressure indicating washer is a revolutionary new tool for measuring and evaluating the integrity, stress, and design rationality of bolted connections. Unlike traditional strain gauges and pressure washer sensors, the Tactilus pressure indicating washer is characterized by its lightweight, non-invasive, and cost-effective durability. It can accurately display the pressure (magnitude) and pressure distribution between the bolt and the flange surface, and it allows for long-term monitoring. The Tactilus® surface pressure measurement system records the pressure distribution and pressure magnitude at the contact surface using a pressure pad known as "electronic skin," and transmits the obtained data to powerful, user-friendly software based on the Windows system for data post-processing. Each Tactilus sensor is precisely integrated into the "electronic skin" and has been calibrated and serialized before leaving the factory. The main advantages of Tactilus include portability and the ability to synchronize data collection from up to 4 discrete thermal sensors. Tactilus employs advanced mathematical algorithms to intelligently separate signal information from noise, and utilizes advanced electronic shielding technology to minimize the impact of noise, temperature, and thermal effects on measurement accuracy.
