Singapore HoloBright Laser Doppler Multi-Point Vibration Measurement Instrument

HoloBright is a high-tech company founded in Singapore in 2011. With over a decade of deep technical reserves, experience in developing military products, and a group of technology elites, HoloBright has been committed to developing world-leading Laser Doppler Vibrometers (LDV) since its inception, aiming to solve various technical challenges in vibration measurement.
Existing LDVs on the market are limited by the laser, making it impossible to measure over long distances, rendering them ineffective for remote field measurements. At the same time, although scanning LDVs can perform large-scale vibration measurements, they cannot achieve precise synchronous measurements, thus limiting their application to measuring absolutely steady-state repetitive vibrations. In response to these technical challenges, HoloBright has developed various laser vibration measurement devices. HoloBright's products can now measure vibration displacements of objects over 200 meters away, using lasers that are safe for the human eye, and have achieved a synchronous vibration measurement technology with 20 points, with products for 4 points, 8 points, and 16 points already available. For standard laser vibrometers on the market, HoloBright has also launched improved fiber-optic products, greatly increasing usability flexibility and providing users with more options.
System Features:
High Precision:
Currently, HoloBright has launched a series of fiber-optic single-point, multi-point, and long-distance laser vibration measurement systems, utilizing the latest FPGA processors for digital demodulation, which has significantly improved measurement accuracy, resolution, and practicality compared to mainstream German products on the market.
Multi-Point Synchronous Measurement:
Multi-point synchronous non-contact measurement of vibrations has always been a challenge in the field of optical measurement, with almost all products on the market only capable of single-point measurement. To obtain two-dimensional vibration modes, scanning methods are often used. This method can only be applied to steady-state vibration measurements, while in practical applications, there are many transient or coupled vibrations, which cannot be measured by scanning methods. Based on years of research, HoloBright has launched a new multi-point laser vibrometer system that can achieve synchronous vibration measurements of up to 16 points. This patented technology represents a breakthrough in the field of optical measurement.
Long-Distance Measurement:
In the field of long-distance vibration measurement, HoloBright has introduced an industrial single-point vibration measurement system with a measurement distance exceeding 100 meters, employing unique aiming technology that allows for stable and reliable target aiming through an LCD screen without the need for coaxial visible light output. Users can also perform regular calibrations to maintain aiming accuracy at any time.
Applications:
Automotive Manufacturing:
Laser Doppler Vibrometers are used in measuring the dynamic performance of automotive structures (braking, vibration noise, etc.). Some of these measurements are conducted during the experimental phase, while many occur on production lines. Our multi-point Doppler vibrometers can perform synchronous measurements at different points on the structure, avoiding the scanning systems used by conventional vibrometers. This allows for obtaining transient responses at multiple locations.
Mechanical and Civil Engineering:
In the fields of mechanical and civil engineering, laser Doppler vibrometers are also used for structural dynamic analysis and non-destructive testing. These applications include vibration monitoring of wind turbines, bridges, and buildings.
Aerospace:
Structural testing is a crucial part of the design and manufacturing process of aerospace products. Products in this field place greater emphasis on performance, quality, and reliability. Laser Doppler vibrometers are commonly used for ground vibration testing of products, material fatigue testing, and analysis and control of noise and vibrations.
Online Product Quality Inspection:
Advanced laser vibrometers can also be widely applied in online product quality inspection, such as in vibration control of cutting tools and quality control in mechanical manufacturing.
Micro and Nano Technology:
Micro and nano-scale structures, actuators, sensors, and micro-electromechanical systems have been widely used in aerospace, automotive, and medical fields. Our multi-point Doppler vibrometer system can provide nano-precision dynamic response analysis and dynamic spectrum analysis above 100MHz under a microscope.
Medical Field:
Advanced laser vibrometers can assist in some research in the biomedical field, such as tympanic membrane monitoring, cardiac vibration measurement, bone grinding, vibration measurement in laser drilling, and monitoring of bone crack propagation.
