⇒ Product Introduction
When manufacturing enterprises undergo digital transformation, there is an urgent need for true MBD models that comply with QIF standards during product research and development, production, and quality control stages. To this end, CAPVIDIA has developed three plugins for current mainstream CAD software systems, namely MBDConnect for Creo, MBDConnect for NX, and FormatWorks for SOLIDWORKS, to help everyone with MBD model quality inspection and management.

⇒ Product Advantages and Features
1) MBDConnect for Creo

Supports direct publishing of QIF or STEP AP242 models from CREO, compatible with Creo 4 and higher versions.
Helps users upgrade old data: Automatically generates human-readable 3D PMI from 2D CAD drawings.
Ensures that the model's PMI complies with QIF standards and is human-readable.
Automatically generates FAI reports and other reports.
Automates CMM measurement operations.
Collects measurement data: Supports importing measurement results into MBD models, improving product quality and business insights.

2) MBDConnect for NXSupports direct publishing of QIF or STEP AP242 models in NX, compatible with NX 11, 12, 1800s, 1900s, and 2000s.
Achieves automated First Article Inspection (FAI), Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations, and Single Source of Truth (SST).
Collects measurement data: Supports importing measurement results into MBD models, improving product quality and business insights.

3) FormatWorks for SOLIDWORKSSupports direct publishing of QIF or STEP AP242 models from SOLIDWORKS, compatible with SOLIDWORKS 2021 and higher versions.
Can import raw MBD geometric files from CATIA, Creo, NX, QIF, STEP AP242, etc.
Ensures that the model's PMI complies with QIF standards and is human-readable.
Automatically generates FAI reports and other reports.
Automates CMM measurement operations.
Collects measurement data: Supports importing measurement results into MBD models, improving product quality and business insights.
